PHP-Nuke is an open-source CMS based on PHP and using MySQL for the back-end data store.

It has had a not so stellar history with security (see Secunia Vulnerability Report for PHP-Nuke 7.x and Secunia Vulnerability Report for PHP-Nuke 8.x) and to this day still generates a shit-pile of errors related to sloppy code in the logs even though "it seems to work properly."
